Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of this website and the review-response service offered by ReplyMasters, a service of 7 Figure Fast Track ("ReplyMasters," "we," "us," or "our"). By purchasing or using this service, you agree to these Terms.
The Service
ReplyMasters provides prepared, written responses to your business's publicly visible customer reviews (currently, Google reviews). The current offer is a one-time review-response cleanup: we identify a set of your business's unanswered reviews, write an individual response for each one, and deliver the finished responses to you in an organized, ready-to-post pack.
You or your team are responsible for posting the delivered responses to Google. This offer does not require you to provide ReplyMasters with your Google account or password.
Package Scope
Current public packages are:
- 9–15 responses — $225
- 16–30 responses — $347
- 31–50 responses — $497
A personalized offer prepared for your business will show only the specific package that applies to you. If your business's verified backlog of unanswered reviews is larger than the package maximum you purchased, delivery of that package's response count does not mean every historical unanswered review was included — only that the stated number of responses was written and delivered.
Completed Digital Work
Each response pack is prepared specifically for an individual business and delivered as completed digital work. Because of this, except where otherwise required by applicable law, purchases are final.
That said:
- If the delivered pack doesn't match what was shown in the examples you were given, contact us and we'll make it right.
- If a delivered response genuinely fails to address the specific review it was written for, we'll correct that response at no additional charge.
This correction commitment applies to fixing a genuine mismatch between a response and its review — it is not an offer of unlimited revisions or ongoing editing.
No Outcome Guarantees
ReplyMasters does not guarantee: higher search or map rankings; increased revenue; new leads or customers; removal of any review; any particular customer's satisfaction; overall reputation improvement; or any specific outcome from Google's own algorithms or systems. We write and deliver responses — what happens after they're posted is outside our control.
Customer Responsibility
You are responsible for:
- reviewing the delivered responses before posting them, if you wish to do so;
- actually posting or publishing the responses;
- confirming that anything you publish is appropriate for your own business; and
- complying with any professional, licensing, or legal obligations that apply to your business — this is particularly important for regulated professions where a response must avoid revealing private customer or patient information.
Review Information
The service may be based on review content that is publicly available on your business's Google listing at the time the work is prepared.
Payment
Payment is processed through PayPal, an external checkout provider. Completing payment purchases the applicable completed response pack and authorizes its delivery.
Use of Delivered Work
Once you've paid and the response pack has been delivered, you may use, edit, and post the prepared responses for your own business as you see fit.
Limitation of Service
ReplyMasters provides review-response writing services. We do not provide legal advice, reputation-management guarantees, crisis-management services, or any service implying affiliation with Google.

ReplyMasters is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Google. "Google" and "Google Business Profile" are trademarks of Google LLC.
